PLN has become cross-disciplinary, which means that people with different skills can solve new problems together. Learners will become more motivated or less isolated in the learning process. “We all have different interests, focuses, and needs, and your PLN can only be fruitful if it reflects you.” Wood puts forward this view in the article. In addition, technology can also be used to expand and enhance people’s PLN. The best tool for building pln now is twitter, which has become a key hub for the global community. Hashtags (#) are the easiest way to gather people who are interested in the same topic. You can join existing forums through hashtags. It is an extension of people’s learning methods by establishing connections with users who have common interests, ideas or resources. Although this is different from academic knowledge, it is also a way of acquiring knowledge. Efficient use of twitter, which is similar to social media with diversity and connectivity, for global interaction, can help enrich our PLN construction.
